Tanning salons and moles …?

Hi Ive got spots all over my body and try to stay away from the sun as much as possible. I live in Los Angeles which makes it difficult to avoid, but if I'm in the sun by using SPF 45 +. So goes this year, but wants to avoid the sun. I know that the tanning bed lamps still not good for people like me …. So I wonder if there is another method of tanning that I can use … machines that spray in tanning salons? advice?

I think the spray tanning machines that work well for you. Obviously you can not get Sun / UV touching your body or go to the moon. The only thing SOME spray tanners that can turn orange, so be sure to do your research and choose a good place. Spray tanning machines should not interfere in any case whether or not to try it.
